基本方針
つきいち（以下「本アプリ」）は、月末の資産残高を手入力して総資産の推移を記録するためのアプリです。本アプリは銀行口座・証券口座などと連携せず、金融機関のログイン情報を取得しません。ユーザーが入力した情報だけで完結します。
入力されたデータはお使いの端末内、および iCloud 同期を有効にした場合はユーザー自身の iCloud（非公開データベース）にのみ保存され、開発者がアクセスすることは一切ありません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
本アプリは、開発者がユーザーの個人情報や利用データを収集・送信することは一切ありません。アカウント登録は不要で、メールアドレスや氏名の入力も求めません。
1.1 アプリが端末内で扱う情報
ユーザーが本アプリで作成・管理する以下の情報は、端末内（および有効化した場合は iCloud）にのみ保存されます。
- 資産項目の名称・カテゴリ・表示順
- 月末締めの残高・前月比・メモ
- 総資産の推移データ
- 締め日・通知・アプリロックなどの設定
これらの情報が外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
2. データの保存場所
2.1 端末内
すべてのデータは、まず端末内のローカルデータベースに保存されます。
2.2 iCloud（同期を有効にした場合のみ）
- iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、データはユーザー自身の iCloud（CloudKit プライベートデータベース）に保存され、同じ Apple アカウントのお使いの端末間でのみ同期されます。
- このデータは Apple のサーバー上でユーザーのアカウント内に保管され、開発者はアクセスできません。
- iCloud 同期は初回起動時およびいつでも設定画面でオン／オフを切り替えられます。
3. 第三者提供・解析・広告
- 本アプリは、第三者の解析（アナリティクス）SDK・広告 SDK・トラッキングツールを一切使用しません。
- ユーザーをアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで追跡することはありません。
- 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合を除き、いかなる情報も第三者へ提供しません（そもそも開発者は情報を保有していません）。
4. 生体認証（アプリロック）
アプリロック機能を有効にした場合、Face ID / Touch ID または端末のパスコードによる認証を行います。この認証は端末の OS 機能（LocalAuthentication）によって端末内で完結し、生体情報がアプリや開発者に渡ることはありません。
5. データのエクスポート
本アプリは記録した資産データを CSV ファイルとして書き出す機能を備えています。エクスポート先（保存・共有先）はユーザーが操作のたびに選択するもので、開発者が送信先を指定したり内容を受け取ったりすることはありません。
6. 通知
本アプリは月末締めのリマインドのためにローカル通知を利用します。通知はすべて端末内でスケジュールされます。iCloud 同期を有効にした場合は、端末間のデータ更新のために Apple の仕組みによる無音のプッシュ通知を利用することがあります。
7. ユーザーの権利とデータの削除
すべてのデータはユーザーの管理下にあり、いつでも閲覧・修正・削除できます。
- 資産項目はアプリ内でアーカイブまたは削除できます。
- 月次の締めデータはアプリ内で削除・修正できます。
- アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。
- iCloud に保存されたデータは、端末の「設定」→ iCloud の管理画面、または本アプリの設定から削除できます。
8. 対象年齢
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。意図せず 13 歳未満の方の情報を収集したことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。なお、未成年の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意・監督のもとでご利用ください。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に伴い更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新情報または本ページにてお知らせします。

11. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本プライバシーポリシーは、日本国の法令に準拠します。本ポリシーに関して紛争が生じた場合には、長崎地方裁判所佐世保支部を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Overview
Tsukiichi (the "App") is an iOS application developed by Kenta Maeda (the "Developer"). The App records monthly asset balances and tracks net worth trends. It does not connect to any bank or financial institution and does not collect login credentials.
All data entered by users is stored on-device only, or — if iCloud Sync is enabled — in the user's own iCloud Private Database. The Developer has no access to this data.
1. Information We Collect
The Developer does not collect, receive, or transmit any personal information. No account registration is required. No email address or name is requested.
1.1 Data handled on-device
The following data is stored solely on your device (and in your iCloud if Sync is enabled):
- Asset account names, categories, and display order
- Month-end balances, month-over-month changes, and memos
- Net worth history
- App settings (closing date, notifications, app lock, etc.)
None of this data is sent to external servers.
2. Data Storage
2.1 On-device
All data is stored locally on your device first.
2.2 iCloud (only if Sync is enabled)
- If iCloud Sync is enabled, data is stored in your iCloud CloudKit Private Database and synced only across devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
- This data is held within your Apple account. The Developer cannot access it.
- iCloud Sync can be toggled on or off at any time in App Settings.
3. Third-Party Services, Analytics, and Advertising
- The App uses no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
- Users are not tracked across apps or websites.
- No information is shared with third parties, except as required by law (and the Developer holds none to share).
For EU/EEA users (GDPR): Since the Developer does not process your personal data, GDPR data subject rights (access, erasure, portability, etc.) are not applicable to the Developer. For data stored in your iCloud account, refer to Apple's GDPR documentation at apple.com/legal/privacy.
For California users (CCPA): We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined under the CCPA.
4. Biometric Authentication (App Lock)
When App Lock is enabled, authentication uses Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode via Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to the App or the Developer.
5. Data Export
The App can export your data as a CSV file. The export destination is chosen by you each time. The Developer does not specify or receive any exported data.
6. Notifications
The App uses local notifications for month-end reminders, scheduled entirely on-device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, Apple's silent push notifications may be used to trigger data sync between devices.
7. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have full control over your data at all times:
- Archive or delete asset accounts within the App.
- Edit or delete monthly snapshots within the App.
- Uninstalling the App removes all on-device data.
- iCloud data can be deleted via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → iCloud Drive, or from App Settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided any information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or App features. Material changes will be announced via an App update or on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
